We deliver throughout Switzerland and to Liechtenstein.

Deliveries to further countries follow.

Free shipping from CHF 60.00.

Below that we charge CHF 7.00 per order.

All prices include VAT.

Orders placed by 2 pm are usually handed to the post on the same working day.

Delivery usually takes one to three working days.

Public holidays can cause delays.

Subscriptions ship on the rhythm you choose.

You can return unopened goods within fourteen days of receipt.

The base product must be unopened because matcha is a foodstuff.

Please write to info@road2goat.ch before sending anything back and we will give you the details.

Once we receive the return we refund the purchase price within ten working days to the original payment method.

You cover the return shipping costs unless the goods were faulty or delivered incorrectly.

If a delivery is damaged or incomplete, write to info@road2goat.ch within five days with your order number and a photo.

We replace the goods or refund the purchase price.
