The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

5. Subscription

You can cancel the subscription at any time with effect from the next delivery, without notice period and free of charge. An email is sufficient.

6. Delivery

We deliver to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Delivery times are estimates and not fixed dates.

Risk passes to you when the goods are handed over to the carrier. Please report visible transport damage within seven days.

7. Returns

Swiss law does not provide a statutory right of withdrawal for online orders. We voluntarily grant a return right of fourteen days from receipt of the goods.

Returns require the goods to be unopened and in their original packaging. For food hygiene reasons opened tins cannot be returned.

Please announce the return by email first. You bear the return shipping costs unless the goods are defective.

8. Defects

Please check the delivery on receipt. Report defects within seven days by email with the order number and a photo.

For a justified defect we send a replacement or refund the purchase price. Warranty follows Art. 197 ff. of the Swiss Code of Obligations.

Mandatory liability, in particular under the Swiss Product Liability Act and for personal injury, remains reserved.

10. Product information

Matcha is a food, not a medicine. Information on origin, taste and preparation is provided for guidance.

Matcha contains caffeine. Store the product cool, dry and away from light.

11. Governing law and place of jurisdiction

Swiss law applies exclusively, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
